1.Mix the grout as per the manufacturer’s instructions and ensure it is at the correct consistency without lumps. 10Kg Grout and 4 litre water
2.Place the grout pump into the mixing drum and prime the delivery hose by operating the pump until a little grout flows out of the delivery hose. Grout pump has water marks , first put correct amount of water in pump and then grout mixture. (Refer to picture 2)
3.Attach the delivery hose to the Filler pipe
4.Operate the pump until the grout flows out of the breather pipe indicating that the hole is full.
5.Stop the pump and remove the delivery hose from the filler pipe.
6.Bend the breather pipe back on itself to prevent any grout from leaking.
Ensure that the correct PPE is worn at all times to prevent eye injuries and cement burns.
