- Please ensure you adhere to laid down time arrangements.
- The use of cell phones is prohibited within all learning and assessment venues.
- Please ensure all cell phones are switched off for the full duration of the learning and assessment events.
- Cell phones may only be switched on or being used during breaks.
- The use of a cellphone may not impede or affect the learning process and procedure
- No smoking, eating or drinking is permitted within the lecture venues.
- No horseplay or at risk behaviour are permitted within the designated learning environment
- Please note that other learning events may take place in the same area. You are kindly requested to avoid disturbances and or causing noise during breaks or when leaving the venues concerned
- Please assist to take care of the assets and resources within the facilities as it is provided for your benefit.
- Smoking in designated areas only
