  • Observe the behavior(s),make contact with the person/team and STOP the Unsafe Act.
  • Compliment on the person’s/Team’s  Safe Behavior
  • Discuss consequences of any Unsafe Acts and Safer Ways to do the job.
  • Develop an agreement on actions required to work more Safely now and in future (follow up on compliance with consequences on non-compliance as agreed)
  • Discuss other Safety issues/ Concerns
  • Thank the person/Team
