- Observe the behavior(s),make contact with the person/team and STOP the Unsafe Act.
- Compliment on the person’s/Team’s Safe Behavior
- Discuss consequences of any Unsafe Acts and Safer Ways to do the job.
- Develop an agreement on actions required to work more Safely now and in future (follow up on compliance with consequences on non-compliance as agreed)
- Discuss other Safety issues/ Concerns
- Thank the person/Team
