Managing Site Employees/Learners

1) By use of the mouse, click on the drop-down arrow next to “SITE EMPLOYEES” and more options

will appear under “SITE EMPLOYEES”

2) Click on “MANAGE EMPLOYEE”

3) Use the 3 search options provided to Manage the Employee in question.

4) Click on the “SEARCH” button

5) Searched employee will appear and you may edit employee detail by clicking on the “EDIT” logo.

6) Site employee detail will appear and may be edited as pleased.

7) Click on the “SAVE” button and all changes would be saved.

9) To edit or add an employee workflow click on the “WORKFLOW” button

10) Employee workflow will appear and you may add other workflow by clicking on the “ADD” button

11) Click inside the Selection Box in order to select other workflows relevant to each individual employee.

12) Click on the “SAVE” and the added workflows will appear at the employee been selected.

13) When there were no changes made and you simply want to go back to the specific employee without any changes,

click on the employee name in blue.

14) in order to go back to all site employees click on the “MANAGE EMPLOYEE” in blue.

6) Site employee detail will appear and may be edited in order to add photo files.

7) Click on the “CHOOSE FILES” button and select the employee photo or drag and drop the photo in the “DROP HERE” box

8) Click on the “SAVE” button to upload the photo.

 

Notes: It is important to crop the photo to the required size before uploading in order to show the face of the person and not the entire body.
